CPH Advertising Rates & Information

CPH target market is global and primarily consists of four groups:

  • Members of Professional Associations;
  • Student therapists;
  • Training Providers (private & government); and
  • Health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, general practitioners and other mental health professionals.

Members of professional bodies generally consist of:

  • Therapists in private practice;
  • Academics;
  • Aged care, agencies (private & government);
  • Doctors;
  • Allied health professionals;
  • Correctional service officers;
  • Teachers;
  • Nurses;
  • Police officers;
  • Lecturers etc.

These therapists also request professional material in relation to ongoing professional development and information relevant to their specialities eg, relationship, grief, trauma, financial, career, gerontology, legal services (particularly family law) etc.

Students come from all walks of life.  They are generally studying a course in therapy for one of three reasons:

  • To become a counsellor/psychotherapist;
  • Personal development; or
  • To gain further skills to enhance a vocation that requires people skills such as teaching.

Training providers

Training providers come in two groups, private providers or government educational institutions.  Both these groups provide counsellor/psychotherapy training.  In some countries this is regulated and others it is not.  CPH will generally only deal with educational providers that are registered as legitimate providers within their countries.

Health Professionals

CPH will be read by other health professionals who do not practice therapy such as doctors, researchers, publishers and other allied health professionals.  Allied health professionals will have an interest in either providing ongoing professional development training or attending such training.

Publication dates & deadlines

The journal is generally published quarterly in July, October, January and April.  All advertising material needs to be submitted no latter than the 7th of the previous month.  Advertisements should be submitted in PDF or jpg format.
